Do you accept consignments? 

Yes! We do accept a very limited number of consignments. We also purchase clothing via our Closet Clean Out Program. All items must be clean, from a smoke/bug free home or business, be in good to great condition (if pre-owned) without stains, tears, rips, pilling, etc. We will also accept items that are new with or without tags. We do not accept counterfeit items or items that we can not authenticate. We recommend using USPS Flat Rate boxes/bags (Free from the post office) but any Carrier/mailing service is acceptable except UPS as they do not deliver to PO Boxes. The cost of shipping will be the sole responsibility of the sender but we will issue up to a $10 store credit to offset the cost for you. All items sent to us will be carefully inspected and notification will be sent on your payout or store credit. All items that are not accepted for resale will be shipped back to you or donated to the local homeless shelter in your name with your permission. What name brands of clothing & accessories do you carry?

Some of the name brands we carry are: American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Gap, Express, Old Navy, Simply Vera, Lucky, Apt 9, Chaps, Disney, Aeropostale, Justice, Coach, Michael Kors, Victoria’s Secret, White House Black Market, OshKosh, Nike, Under Armour, and so much more!

How often do you add new items to the site?

We add new items weekly so check back often!

What clothing sizes do you offer?

We try our best to have a selection of all sizes but depending on available inventory, certain sizes may be limited.

Do you only sell pre-owned items?

No! Some of our items are new with tags still attached! When we see a bargain we jump on it whether the items are new or gently used!

Where do you ship to & what are the shipping charges?

We ship to all 50 states within the US for a low flat rate charge of $4.99 per order! Orders of $59 or more qualify for Free shipping.

What is local pickup?

Local pick up is available for customers who reside in Newark, DE and the surrounding areas. If you select local pickup at checkout, please email us at help@brynnzilla.com to arrange a time to pick up your order. All orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also find your tracking information by going to the My Account tab and logging in.

I am not receiving my emails from BrynnZilla, what do I need to do?

Most likely the emails are going to your Spam/Junk folder. Please check those folders and if you still haven’t received them, please email us at help@brynnzilla.com.

What is your Return policy?

Due to the nature of our business, we can only issue store credit within 15 days of receiving your order. All clothing and accessories, (except Clearance items) must be returned in the original purchased condition for store credit to be issued. Shipping charges will not be included in your store credit.

What is your Privacy policy?

We take security and privacy very seriously here at BrynnZilla. We do not sell or distribute your email address or any other personal information. All financial transactions are secured through our credit card processing system and are not available to us.
